The ABA team celebrates the placement of a Director of Legal Training & Development with our client, a global professional services firm.

Our incumbent has early 20 years of HR experience, including 14 in Learning & Development and Talent Management. She has a proven track record of designing and executing successful programs, finding operational efficiencies, and achieving cost savings across businesses, divisions, and global operations while maintaining quality programs and improving outcomes. Some of her achievements include updating the division’s annual people review process and designing a scalable succession management approach. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
